Can I search my Sales Report, or sort the data in any way?

We know the Sales Report is your most important spot to see, in real time, how much money you're making, which clients are purchasing and what they're buying, and be able to search for specific information to help your business. You can check your Sales Report to get the information you need.

Sections:

The Sales Report has 2 sections: "By Transaction" and "By Customer". 

The Sales Report By Transaction section will show all sales, refunds and voids completed for the business. The Sales Report By Customer or the Customer Sales Report section will show customers who purchased drop-ins, packages, retail products etc etc and customers who have not made any purchase.

Note: Voids are only available for businesses whose Usio Payment Status is ACTIVE. To unlock this feature, activate payment processing and enroll! 

 

Search Box:

You can search for any text included in the Sales Report. Just click "View All" to return to the main Sales Report and start over. Note that the "View All" button will only appear if you used the search box.

 

Pulldowns:

You can search/filter by using the pulldowns at the top of each section. Sales Report By Transaction default to the "Today" view. While Customer Sales Report is default to the "Month to Date" view.  You can filter your search by clicking any of the options on the pulldowns. 

 

Sortable Columns:

You can click on any column name to sort by the column header you clicked on! Clicking on any header sorts the Sales Report in ascending, then descending order by clicking it again. 

Note: The "Refund History" column header on the Sales Report By Transaction section is not sortable.

 

Clickable content: 

The "Sales Report By Transaction" has several clickable contents. If you need to view a client's profile, just click your client's name. If you need to know more about what item they purchased, just click the item name. If you need to know more about the session profile, click on the session's name. If you need to update the purchase/transaction notes, click on the note to edit it. If you need to process a refund/void, click the Refund/Void link and complete the refund/void details and confirm. If you need to check your client's Refund/Void History, click the $ link. If you need to check or update your users' profiles, click their name. 

Popups show you more information about your client, the purchased item, session profile, purchase/transaction notes, refund history and user's profile. Clicking the client's name or the user's name takes you to their profile for easy access and editing!

The purchase/transaction notes link will only be available if you entered a note during the purchase/booking flow. The clickable "Refund Again" link will only be available if you can still process refunds for your client. This option is only available if there is still an amount to refund. This option will be unavailable if you already processed a full refund for your client.

The "Customer Sales Report" section has 2 clickable contents. If you need to view a client's profile, just click your client's name. Clicking their email address will open the mailto:command.
