Usio: Disbursements and Processing Fees

In line with our payment processing transition to Usio, we changed our process. Instead of getting your "Net Settlement" deposits, where fees are deducted for each sale transaction and you receive only your funds after fees, gross settlement will now deposit 100% of the amount processed from your customers’ transactions. You can check your deposits on the Disbursement Report page.

To check your Disbursement Report, log in to your Fitli account. Click Reports at the top menu then Disbursements on the left. This report summarizes the amount of funds that will be deposited to your account on each day and shows all the transactions that are part of that disbursement. This will show Card and/or ACH disbursements (if you accept ACH payments). Refer to article "Understanding your disbursements report" for a comprehensive guide.

What will happen to Processing Fees?

Processing fees for each sales transaction will still be calculated at the end of each month as a combined deduction from your bank account. There will be one statement for card transactions and another for bank transactions (if you have ACH activated). They will include details of all fees charged and total the amount which is debited from your bank account. 

You will receive card and/or ACH statements/invoices via email (if you have ACH activated) from Usio at the time the debit is made. Usually they send it about 1 day before the debit hits your account. Typically, funds will be debited for the processing fees (a.k.a. EOM Fees) on the 1st of the following month that the statement/invoice is received. 

POS Terminal and card transactions fees are still 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction while ACH payments processing fees are 1.9% + $0.30 per transaction. ACH has lower fees, but can take a bit longer to receive your funds. There is no extra charge to activate these features. Fitli provides ALL FEATURES TO ALL SUBSCRIPTION LEVELS. For POS Terminal, you’ll be charged once for the cost of the terminal + tax and shipping fee.
