Oops! I didn't mean to purchase something, how do I request a refund?

If that monthly auto-renewal or charge caught you unexpectedly, or you just want a refund, we make it easy here at Fitli! Please contact your business to request the processing of a refund. If it's approved, they will process the request through us, and within 2-3 business days, you should see the refund appear on your credit card statement.
