Do you want to provide a free package or product to your clients? Maybe you're transferring over an account balance from an earlier system, or the client paid cash/check, or you need to switch a purchased package or product?  Or, you just want to 'gift' them something for free!  There are 3 ways to do this. Here's how...

Create a 100% Promotion Code

Login to your Fitli business account. Click 'Products' on the top menu and 'Promotions' on the left side and then click '+ Add Promotion'.

Enter/select the following details;
Title - Free
Display Promotion - OFF (otherwise everyone can see it)
Type - Percent
Amount - 100
Expiration Date - your discretion
Description - Optional

Note: You can activate/deactivate a promo by clicking the 'Active' slider on top. You may also display the promotion or make it appear for your business only by clicking the 'Display Promotion' slider. The code is a unique promotion code that clients (or you) use to apply on purchase transactions. This code is generated by the system after the title is entered. The promotion 'CODE' is the actual code you'll provide to your customers to use before checking out and confirming the purchase!

During the checkout process, either the business, or the client on the website (if you choose to display your promotion) or via the mobile app can enter a promotion code. Shown below, enter the promotion code 'free'. The total above the box will be updated and be reflective of the promo.

Create a Free Package or drop in

To do this click 'Products' on the top menu then 'Packages/Memberships' on the left and then '+ Add Package/Membership' on the top right side.

Enter 'Package/Membership' name, select the products you want to include in the package, enter price, select 'Single Purchase' and 'Limited' number of sessions, '1' on the 'Session Expire' box, select months/days and enter description (optional).

Note: You can activate/deactivate the package by clicking the 'Active' slider on top. You SHOULD also NOT display the package/product or make it appear for your business only by clicking the 'Business Use Only' slider. You may also make the package 'Shareable?' When done, click Save. When adding a product on the products page, there's no option to make it shareable. Only packages can be shared.

Again, during the checkout process, either the business, or the client on the website (if you choose to display your promotion) or via the mobile app can enter a promotion code. The total will be updated and be reflective of the promo.

Payment source "Other"

When booking or purchasing any product/package, select 'Other' under payment method, enter the price and then confirm. When done go to 'Sales' on the Reports page and then look for the recent purchase you made for customer. Click the amount under 'Other' under the 'Payment Method' column, add a note and then hit Save. (Screenshots below)

After adding the comped package, you MAY need to adjust the number of sessions. To do this, go to your client's profile, scroll to 'Account Balance', click the number under 'Remaining Sessions Qty' column, use the arrows on the 'Edit Sessions Remaining' pop-up to adjust the sessions' quantity. When done, click save. (Screenshots below)

Don't forget if you are switching a client from one package to another, you may need to EXPIRE or cancel their old membership or package.
