We've previously released a 'quick booking' feature for booking clients into multiple classes with just a few clicks. Some of you have asked if this feature is coming to appointments - and guess what, there's a few tricks and tips to book clients into repeating classes with just a few clicks!

Here's the steps to get you booking your clients into repeating appointments with just a few clicks.

Step 1 (Setup) : Head to the Appointment booking section from your calendar

Click on the 'Scheduling' button on the left side of your Fitli calendar, or click any open spot on the calendar to enter the appointment booking section.

Step 2: Choose your Appointment Options and Book

Now that you're on the Appointment setup screen, choose 'Appointment' from the radio button options.

  • Then, select a customer by clicking 'Select a Customer'. (#1 below)
  • Use the product/service pulldown to choose an appointment product. (#2 below)
  • Select a trainer/professional (#3 below)
  • Choose a facility/location (#4 below)
  • Choose a time slot

Once you choose the above options, a set of time slots will appear below. Choose a time slot to move into the booking phase. If the client has a package or membership, you'll get to click 'Book' and confirm their booking. If they don't, you'll have to choose a method of payment.

Step 3: Quick Book a new Appointment with a new date/time

Now that you've booked your client into their first appointment, to choose a new recurring appointment time, it takes only THREE quick clicks.

Click ONE - Choose a new date from the right side calendar shown below
Click TWO - Choose a new time slot from the time slots below
Click THREE - Click the 'BOOK' button on the confirmation page

Then, close the confirmation page and return here to book the client again! You can book dozens of appointments quickly in just a minute or two.
